Summer Fête 2023

The Rustic Bistro's Summer Fête 2023 is an intimate event on May 20th, highlighted by a crafted Table D’hôte Dinner (Nine Course Service), Sprezzatura wines and an up-close view of a smashing musical performance by the headliners of Miss Saigon Guam, Cara and Anya Gutierrez.

We are offering twenty seats to the public. A seat is PhP1,800 and includes the Table D’hôte service. You may view our menu here.

This event is by reservation only. 

Walk-in guests are discouraged and will not be entertained at the start of the hour for the Summer Fête.

We urge you to please read the details before sending messages.

OVERVIEW

1. A seat, per person, is PhP1,800.00, exclusive of a 15% Hospitality Charge.

2. The aforementioned amount is limited to the Table D’hôte Dinner Menu and musical performance. Orders outside the menu, along with merchandise purchases, are excluded from such amount.

3. We will be utilizing our community tables for the event, emphasizing the intimacy and communal mood that our bistro represents.

4. Our bistro can only be reached through a 310-meter footpath. Interested parties who have mobility problems will have to significantly consider the footpath before making a reservation.

5. Our mountain cabins are fully reserved for overnight stay on May 20th. Lodgings will have to be sought out in downtown Liliw.

RESERVATION

1. We are offering 20 seats to the general public. Once these 20 seats are fully reserved, we will have a waiting list in the event of cancellations from the reserved 20 seats.

2. A reservation fee of PhP900 is required to book a seat. One seat is appropriated to one person only.

3. The reservation fee is by seat. Such fee increases by a multiple of PhP900 based on the number of seats to be booked.

4. The reservation fee, per seat, will be deducted from your total bill once you settle at the end of the event.

5. The reservation fee is non-refundable and will only be used solely for the Summer Fête event on May 20, 2023.

6. We will start accepting intents of reservation on April 27, 2023 (Thursday) at 10 a.m. via Facebook Messenger and Instagram Message.  

7. Queuing of reservation intents will be based on the time that messages are received by The Rustic Bistro.

8. A RESERVATION INTENT to be sent via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Message must contain ONLY the following information:

a. Name and mobile number in which the seat reservation will be made;

b. Number of seats to be reserved;

c. Names of individuals in your group if you are reserving for more than one person, other than the name in which the seat reservation is made out to.  

9. After we receive your Reservation Intent (#8), please wait for our reply. WE WILL SEND OUR REPLY AFTER 8 P.M. each day that we receive Reservation Intents. This reply will confirm our receipt of your reservation intent, the availability of seat/s you are reserving, the amount of reservation fee you will be paying, and the payment channel options you may choose from.

10. IMPORTANT: Our cellular signal is very weak and intermittent in the Boondocks. This is why we will be queuing reservation intents by means of time received (with time stamps as proof) from our end. This is also the reason why our responses to your Reservation Intents will be sent in the evenings. There is no need to make any follow-up calls, SMS or chat messages once you send your Reservation Intent. We will respond to ALL Reservation Intents.

11. After sending our reply to your Reservation Intent, we will allow you to make the payment within a 24-hour period. The start and end of the 24-hour payment period will be indicated in our reply to your Reservation Intent.

12. Once payment is made, please send us an electronic copy of your payment.

13. Remember, a seat is considered booked and reserved ONLY upon receipt of payment. Failure to secure payment within the 24-hour period will be considered a forfeiture of slot/s indicated in your Reservation Intent.

WAITING LIST

1. Reservation Intents received after the 20 seats are filled will be queued in our Waiting List, again, on the merit of time stamps.

2. Any guest in our Waiting List will also be notified after receiving the Reservation Intent. Our reply will include the queue number in the Waiting List.

3. Seat/s arising from a forfeiture from the first 20 reservation intents OR a cancellation from the reserved seats (following payment) will be offered to those in our Waiting List.

CANCELLATION OF SEATS AFTER PAYMENT

1. A cancellation, following payment of the reservation fee, does not entail a refund.

2. Any cancellation must be communicated to The Rustic Bistro to allow us to open seats to other interest parties.

DRESS CODE

      A Smart Casual dress code is strongly encouraged. 

Please refrain from wearing shorts, undershirts (sando) and slippers.

PROGRAMME

      3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  – Cocktail Hour (See Table D’hôte Menu), Arrival of Guests

      4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Matinée Performance

      4:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. – Table D’hôte Service

      6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. – Gala Performance

Please note that a NO SMOKING rule is in effect within the bistro’s covered areas, all the time.
